strain you put while memorising the better your memory gets, that&#8217;s what all the top memory ahletes do to stay in shape, memorise 100s of data points every confident about it or underline important points, maybe take some keywords as notes but it&#8217;s highly inefficient and doesn&#8217;t help us in consolidating things, instead of passively learning like this, do retrieval practice, it means try to test yourself on whatever you have read and you can do it either my mentally rehearsing, by taking active notes or by simply teaching it to someone else, it strengthens neural connections and the ability to recall under pressure situations, it broadens the horizons of your mind and strengthens natural TRAIN YOUR MIND TO BECOME MORE FOCUSED BY FIXING DISTRACTION HOURS :\u00a0 \u00a0In this era of unlimited entertainment provided in the form of videos, reels, shorts, web shows etc, our focus is taking a toll and mobile phone can&#8217;t be fully kept away either for a long time because of work purposes so instead of checking social media every now and then, follow a strategy where you allocate certain hours of the day to access entertainment\u00a0 instead of giving in to your urge at any given point in the day, this would make you feel less guilty without compromising on your entertainment dosages and would not hamper focus either.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>4. DETOX YOUR MIND THROUGH MEDITATION AND DEEP BREATHING\u00a0 : Just like our physical body, our mind needs detox and cleansing too from all the negative thoughts, stress and unnecessary cognitive load and by doing meditation you recharge your mental batteries which helps in improving\u00a0 focus and memory. So you should start your day with early morning MEDITATION and even can take a challenge to do it consistently to see great results.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>5. FIXING CIRCADIAN RHYTHM :\u00a0 Try to fix a sleeping and wake up routine, it sets your body clock and helps in avoiding brain fog, drowsiness throughout the day and ensures better absorbtion of whatever you try to commit to your memory, might sound simple but very effective and most overlooked these days. So if you forget basic things like who you emailed a few hours ago or the appointment date, by simply fixing your sleep cycle would take care of this absent
